Harris Cottage

For those seeking a little more privacy,  our delightful 2-bed cottage – adjacent to our main property – is situated on the grounds of Balmridge House.  The Cottage sleeps up to 4 people and consists of a king-size room and a twin – both en-suite with your private lounge. 

Delightful cottage with views over Drambuie Hill  A place for a restful stay – ideal for those wishing to explore the area of Loch Ness and surrounding destinations. 

We have created a space to soak in the outside Scottish hills and country – with fabrics and interiors carefully chosen and placed for your comfort. 

The space

Harris Cottage boasts a large lounge as well as a King Size room and a Twin Room, both are en-suites. The lounge is a light room which is cosy in the evening. It has a peaceful ambience – which has a beautiful view looking to the hills and part of the Loch. This then leads to the hall with two large bedrooms. Harris Suite is a detached property which sits on grounds that will be shared with other visitors.

Guest access

Dressing gown’s are provided for guests staying a minimum of two nights.

Smokers are politely asked not to smoke around any doors or windows of the cottage and can be directed to a designated smoking area.
